Congratulations on an Outstanding JV Conference Championship Meet!

What an incredible performance by all the girls at the NWSC JV Championship Meet yesterday! The team delivered an outstanding effort filled with personal bests and capped it off with an impressive second-place overall finish — a remarkable achievement considering we had half the number of competitors as many of the larger teams.

The girls handled every challenge with poise and determination — from crowded warm-ups and an early afternoon start to a deck packed with over 120 competitors and those last-meet nerves. After a season of hard work and steady improvement, it was so rewarding to see so many time drops across events. What a talented and inspiring group of young women!

It’s hard to believe that the swimmers who competed on Saturday have officially wrapped up their 2025 season. Coaching them has been such a joy — they’ve made us laugh, impressed us with their dedication, and reminded us every day why we love this sport. We’re already excited to see what next season will bring!

Our Section Team will continue regular practices this week as we prepare for the Section Meet on November 7th and 8th. Please note that Friday, October 31st has been moved to the morning before school after we did a survey with all section athletes.  Look for more details about the section meet in the coming days. The Booster Club will also be sending out information soon regarding our end-of-season banquet, and athletes will receive additional details from me about team awards voting in the coming weeks.
